Information we collect
We collect information to provide better Services to all of our customers. We typically collect information in one of two ways:
Information the customer gives us. For example, many of our Services require the customer to sign up for an account or create a user profile. When the customer does so, we may ask for personal information, like the customer’s name, email address, telephone number and other personal information.
Information we get from the customer’s use of our Services and website. We collect information about the Services that the customer uses and how the customer uses them. For example, we may log your computer or device operating system type, IP address, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing to our website, pages you viewed, access times, and information about your use of and actions on our website.
This information may include:
Cookies. We may automatically collect information using “cookies.” Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. Among other things, cookies help us make our website and your experience better. We use those cookies to collect information about when you visit our website, when you use the Services, your browser type and version, your operating system, and other similar information. You may turn off cookies that have been placed on your computer by following the instructions on your browser, but if you block our cookies, it may be more difficult (and maybe even impossible) to use the Services.
Web Beacons. When we send emails to our customers, we will sometimes track who opened the emails and who clicked the links. We do that to measure our marketing campaign performance and to improve our features for specific segments of customers. To do this, we include single pixel gifs, also called web beacons, in emails we send. Web beacons allow us to collect information about when you open the email, your IP address, your browser or email client type, and other similar details. Reports are also available to us when we send you email, so we may collect and review that information.
Widgets. We may include widgets from third parties on some pages of the website that allow interaction or information sharing by users. Some of these widgets provide specific services or content from a third party, such as a Facebook “Like” button. Your interaction with these widgets allows the third party to collect some information about you through cookies they placed on your device when you registered for their application or service. In some cases, the third party may recognize you through web beacons on our site or its cookies even when you do not interact with their application. Please visit the third-parties’ respective privacy policies to better understand their data collection practices.
How we use information we collect
We use the information we collect from all of our Services and website to provide, maintain, protect and improve them, to develop new ones, and to protect RippleNami and our customers. We also use this information to offer our customers tailored content.
When the customer contacts RippleNami, we keep a record of the customer’s communication to help solve any issues the customer might be facing. We may use the customer’s email address to inform them about our Services, such as letting the customer know about upcoming changes, new products and services or improvements.
We use information collected from cookies and other technologies to improve user experience and the overall quality of our Services.
RippleNami processes personal information on our servers in many countries around the world and we may process customer information on a server located outside the country where the customer is located.

- detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
- protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of RippleNami, our customers or the public as required or permitted by law.

We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners – like publishers, advertisers or connected sites.
We work hard to protect RippleNami and our customers from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:
We encrypt many of our Services using SSL.
We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems.
We restrict access to personal information to RippleNami employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
