JAYE CONNOLLY LABELLE, CHAIRMAN & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER | Ms. Connolly-LaBelle brings more than thirty-five (35) years of leadership experience to her role, which she garnered from her various professional roles in finance, technology, audit, compliance, business development, strategy, mergers, and acquisitions areas.

Ms. Connolly-LaBelle has served in key C-level roles at both private and publicly traded corporations. In her leadership role with RippleNami, she is responsible for developing and executing the Company’s long-term strategy to create a difference for the mid-income population.

Ms. Connolly-LaBelle experience lies in leading publicly traded as well as privately held companies and start­ups. Her public company experience spans key roles at six publicly traded corporations in the oil and gas, mining, healthcare, and technology sectors. She led eighteen (18) accretive acquisitions throughout her career, adding over USD 2 billion to revenue. Ms. Connolly-LaBelle also possesses significant Initial Public Offering (I.P.O.) experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with minors in computer science, oil, and gas from Texas Tech University.

AMY JOHNSON, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER | Having risen through the ranks from Vice President of Operations in 2017, Ms. Johnson oversees RippleNami, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer.  As an accomplished leader and people manager, Ms. Johnson brings over twenty (20) years of experience managing diverse business functions, including sales, customer service, business retention, collections, operations, outreach, and project implementation.

Ms. Johnson has proven her abilities to build highly effective teams thanks to her passion for people development, training, coaching, and inspiring others to achieve strong results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Before RippleNami, Ms. Johnson worked with small and large global companies throughout the United States, Australia and Asia in senior operations, client service, outsourcing, consumer solutions and sales positions.

Ms. Johnson is a Certified Project Management Professional (P.M.P.), a Certified PMI Project Manager, and holds a Bachelor’s in Health and Behavioral Sciences, Psychiatric Nursing from Deakin University. She is an expert in process development and implementation to create efficiencies and increase profitability thanks to her strong ability to oversee and manage projects and their resources to achieve strategic business goals.

ALLYN PON, CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER | As Chief Product Officer, since February 2020, Allyn manages a Product and Development team of over 15+ architects, software engineers, QA team, UI designers, and tech writers that is building Uganda’s first blockchain-based tax compliance enterprise-class software.

He is a Product Management executive leader with over 25 years of expertise in facilitating rapid revenue growth for high technology companies in a breadth of industries including financial fraud and compliance, healthcare informatics, big data enterprise machine learning analytics, modern SaaS software platforms, data centre hardware, video and wireless systems.

He brings to RippleNami Uganda, decades of global product management experience with turnaround expertise, having on multiple occasions generated the first year of profitability based on a new strategic business and execution plan, modifying product marketing messaging, new product development strategy, and channel strategy.

He holds a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering (BSEE) SemiCOnductors from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA, Marketing from San Diego State University in the US.

REO CARR, COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR | Reo is the founder and CEO of Research Group of Companies, LLC (RGOC), a media services company providing research and development, media strategies, platform development and fractional media management expertise to domestic and international clients. RGOC also publishes Physicians News Network and Los Angeles Medicine Magazine. Through its investment arm, RGOC engages with a global network of affiliated media businesses.

Reo was formerly a senior executive with California Business Journals (CBJ), publisher of four weekly business journals serving the greater Southern California marketplace, one of the largest business markets in North America. At CBJ, Reo served as corporate vice president of digital media while also serving as editor-in-chief and later as the first Executive Editor of the San Diego Business Journal.

Before joining CBJ, Reo served as editor-in-chief of the San Diego Daily Transcript, then one of the few daily regional business publications operating in the US. The Daily Transcript was the first newspaper in Southern California to host a website and was long recognized for its leadership in the digital transformation of media.

Reo has served on several local and national nonprofit and for-profit boards over the course of his professional career. Currently, through RGOC, he is an investor in and serves on the boards of directors for the for-profit companies Kids Invent, Inc. (US), Alderbrook, Inc. (US), and Lightworks Ventures PTE LTD, (Singapore).

Reo holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from San Jose State University. He completed additional post-graduate work in media studies at Stanford University.

Reo is an avid outdoorsman and active pilot. He has traversed California backcountry on skis, foot, and horseback since his childhood as an outdoorsman. As a pilot, he has flown more than 30 types of aircraft.
